Positive Pregnancy Test?

So I have been feeling a little nauseous the past couple of days and I have been going to the bathroom non stop. I decided to take a pregnancy test and there is a thin line on both of them. I’ve never taken a pregnancy test before, and I thought the line would be thicker. Also, I my period isn’t for another week. Is the test still accurate?

Did the lines come up within the time frame?
If so I would say both def positive xx

Yea they came up after the 3 minute mark. I’m just confused because I took another this morning and it’s negative. Is it because I still have a week before my period?

Yeah it's possibly just very early! I would wait 48 hours and take another with fmu xx

I’ve used those tests and the line was thicker. But if it came up in the time frame then it’s positive. If you left it an hour then it’s more likely an evaporation line

Yea the results are from the 3 minute time frame. I thought the line was supposed to be thicker, so that’s why I was confused. I thought maybe the line was thin because it was still before my period. I’m gonna wait a couple of days and take another! This is my first time needing to take a pregnancy test so I’m a little confused 😅

I could be wrong but I'd say they could be evap lines. The line seems too thin and also to one side. I've had an evap on these tests before and it looks similar. I'd try another on a few days to confirm

Too thin. evap. try a first response pink dye test.

They look like evap lines (I had them with the CB test a few months ago).
As @changingroom recommended get the pink dye (I’d recommend first response) then you’ll know for sure!

I also took these 2 tests a day later. I think there is a faint line in the 2nd one?

It’s so hard to work out what’s just normal period symptoms and what’s not. What time of day did you take the pregnancy tests? I’m sure you already know the best time to take a test is first thing in the morning when your wee is strongest. I couldn’t say whether or not you’re pregnant but I’d leave it for a few days and retest. Have you got an update since you first posted this??
I will say one thing though and that is not all negative results are reliable. It depends on the amount of the hCG hormone in your body so if it’s not detecting enough it may not show a correct result.
I don’t want to suggest this is the case with you, but with my second baby I didn’t know i was pregnant until I was 20 weeks because despite having no periods for ages, all my pregnancy tests were negative. It wasn’t until my doctor sent me for a scan to find out what was happening that I discovered the truth. It happens but don’t get too worked up about it this early. The worst thing is getting your hopes up if you’re trying for a baby. Good luck x

The tests I take are in the morning. Right now I’m waiting to take another test until it’s a lot closer to my expected period, which is November 4.

I also took these as well. I have about 3 days until my expected period is supposed to start.

I think I do see a line in todays.

My own experience is that from the date your period is due, positives are really obvious but testing before that is a rabbit hole guaranteed to consume you…

Yea I’ve been trying to wait but I’m kind of impatient 😅 My boyfriend was also wondering and I told him I’ll get better results if I miss my period on November 4th

Im having the same issue. I have taken 4 tests and they have all come up with a thin line ? I need help.

I also am having this issue im 37 days late on my period iv done pregnancy test after pregnancy test some come back positive then the rest are negative i recently got diagnosed with pcos and don’t know much about it all but really trying to have another baby
