I’m approaching 14 weeks pregnant with twins and conscious l should get a pregnancy pillow. Please could l have some recommendations? So far l get a bit of lower backache in the day and a weird sciatic type pain down my left leg when in bed. Guessing discomfort will grow as l get bigger…
