Hi everyone. I am now 27+1, and I'm still feeling my movements very low down, and the odd kick half way up My stomach now and again. Midwife told me at my 25 week appointment that baby girl is still lying from side to side at bottom of my tummy, but I'm concerned, shouldn't she be running out of room by now, and moving to head down or up position yet? Anyone else with similar experience? Sorry if I sound stupid as this is our first ❤️

You have ages yet don’t worry. They won’t check/do anything about position until 36/37 weeks.

my first was breech until 38 weeks when I felt her flip when I was running down the stairs! My second was lying across for ages, think she went head down and stayed down about 37. Before that she changed positions soooo often. Even mid scan went from across to breech at 34 weeks!

uf you’re really concerned, look up spinning babies website and practise some of their positions to encourage head down! But you really do have ages, almost a full trimester! Don’t worry lovely, enjoy this last bit!

Mine was lying side to side from 27 weeks until about 34 weeks! Got increasingly uncomfortable as he got bigger...now I think he's oblique with his head pointing down (I'm 36 weeks) because I feel all my kicks under my right ribs, and what I presume are hiccups low down.

Still really early and plenty of time for baby to move round, my DD was transverse until 35 weeks

I'm 27 weeks too, and I only tend to feel the baby low down. Sometimes I feel the odd kick higher up, but I think he prefers being lower at the moment, while he has the room.

With DD, by about 30 weeks the kicks and rolls were higher.

Also 27w and strongly suspect mine is transverse at best if not breech, all the kicks are very low. Plenty of time to shift.
