Hello all, I'm 7DP5DT. The top test was done at 5DP5DT 11am and the bottom test was done this morning at 5am. OTD is this Friday. From looking at other people's tests, the line seems to get darker roughly each 48 hrs whereas mine looks the same or even a bit lighter? I'm a bit worried about a CP. Has anyone gone on to have a successful pregnancy with this kind of line progression?

Just to add: the first test was SMU and the second was FMU. I'm not sure if that makes a difference?

Today's looks a bit darker to me, OP! But honestly don't torture yourself over this - you're not going to be able to replicate the exact conditions from day to day with a home urine test, only a blood test will accurately track numbers. Testing again in a week might give you a better picture of progress. Easier said than done though, I know. Congratulations on your bfp!

@ladycarlotta You're right of course. I have quite bad anxiety and had a MMC a few months ago so ever so slightly on edge 😬Will wait till OTD to test again, thanks so much for replying - I appreciate it.

Second also looks darker to me. As pp said, conditions will always be different and it could easily vary from test to test, so may have been produced with slightly more dye. 7dp5dt is still quite early as well. Try to step away from the testing. Does your clinic do HCG blood tests? That would be a much better indication and probably more reassuring.

@Betsyboo87 Hmm, it does look like that in the picture but more difficult to tell in person. I'm not sure whether my clinic does blood tests, they just told me to do a test mid morning on OTD and then call with the result and book an early scan if it's positive. I have heard that FMU can be less accurate than SMU so I'm going to cling to that for the time being as I'm honestly driving myself mad with this!
