Please someone share tips or something, my sleep is worse than even.
was bad before pregnancy but it’s worse than ever and getting worse each night my typical night now is……
bed for 9pm sleep around 10pm wake 2-3 times between 10pm and midnight. I then wake again around 1am and I’m awake until around 3ish sleep again but then awake again every hour it’s exhausting and I feel rubbish all the time.
