9 weeks and feeling awful

Just that really. We already have a 16 month old who is sprinkles and energy but I am exhausted from severe nausea and just ongoing fatigue. I am normally very active - HIIT 6 times a week which I continued until the day I gave birth. I can barely manage 3 sessions these days. I work full time in research and I'm in the middle of writing my PhD thesis which I haven't been able to do for 3 weeks. My husband is great and does what he can but he works FT in a very high pressure job. My DS is in nursery 4 days a week which keeps him happy and entertained but I just can't seem to feel any better. The last time I was pregnant it was the middle of lockdown and all non urgent research was suspended so I was at home feeling sorry for myself until 14 weeks when it restarted. I had hyperemesis throughout until I delivered so I suspect it will be much the same this time. I can deal with the sickness (I think), I just want the fatigue to disappear.

I'm not sure what I hope to gain from this post but thanks for reading
