Trust me - the baby will take everything it needs 🤣 I know so many women (including myself) who have had hyperemsis and barely eaten anything and the baby has been absolutely fine. As long as you're not feeling faint and you're drinking enough liquids this sounds fine

I was so so sick during my pregnancy that I barely ate anything for the full 40 weeks except Cereal, toast, plain pasta and crackers. I couldn't stomach anything else.

I never had cravings, only major food aversions to meat, vegetables and anything sweet.

My baby is nearly 2 years old now and is perfectly fine. They take what they need whilst you're pregnant, so don't worry too much. Just make sure you're taking your Multivitamin and drinking plenty of water.
