Hi all. I have just weighed myself at 26 weeks pregnant after returning from a 2 week all inclusive holiday and an ever expanding bump to see I have actually lost weight. Overall since the weight I was when I found out I was pregnant I have lost around 4lbs (it has been a little up and down). Before my holiday I had put on 8lbs. Just wondering how others weight is going, if you are keeping track? Should I be concerned? I am not eating as much as I was before I was pregnant due to continued food aversions, but I ate more than usual on holiday so I’m surprised I have actually lost weight! Should I be trying to increase my calorie intake? I have a high BMI.
