I’m currently 26 weeks I’ve practically kept to the same food since, does anyone have any meal or snack ideas that they recommend? I’ve not gained a lot of weight and thought it may be I’m not eating enough?
currently I eat -
breakfast - Weetabix, Actimel & Smoothie
lunch - Jacket potato, beans & cheese OR soup and bread
dinner - steak brocolli and jacket potato OR cottage pie and veg OR pasta dishes
snacks - cereal bar, small chocolate bar, apple, banana and strawberries, yogurts.

I'm not really sure what you mean - I ate the same as normal (excluding things you can't eat in pregnancy).

When you say you worry you aren't eating enough, has any medical professional raised concerns about your weight? I'd speak to your midwife before attempting to put extra weight on.

Baby was measuring slightly smaller (my partner is quite small so I put it down to that.) but I was worried it was perhaps my diet that was causing the slight measuring under? I try and eat as much as I can but I’ve had quite alof of aversions!

I am 34 weeks. I have not been eating extra, just as usual. I didn't gain anything until 30 weeks, because initially I lost due to the vomiting! I have started to gain now, but only 6lbs so far. It has not impacted my baby's growth. They are in the 90th centile and around 6lbs apparently.

Hi,
I’m not sure if this helps but I found this website useful for some advice.

Ignore the measurements, they are a load of bollocks. I was induced due to baby apparently measuring small, was a 9lb whopper! What you're eating is perfectly fine.

Thank you, I have been sat thinking maybe I need to eat more etc…

I ate loads, put on loads of weight and my baby was small because DH is slight and his whole family were 5lb babies. It’s genetics. Your diet sounds fine, being hungry would be a signal to eat a bit more

Your baby is not measuring small because of your diet. Just eat normally and what you fancy.
