I am so so sorry this is TMI
i went to the toilet before and I could feel something coming out, I panicked because it felt quite thick and my first thought was a blood clot. I managed to pull it with a tissue and it was a thick piece of mucus like discharge. This is my 4th pregnancy and in my previous 3 I've had bit of mucus come out right through the pregnancy from the very beginning and I know the mucus plug replenishes itself. That being said the consistency of this I have never experienced before, it was almost like rubber. No horrible smell and it wasn't a worrying colour - I've not had any bleeding or pain either.
i just wondered if anyone else had experienced this? I'm a bit worried that it could have been part of the plug that should come out right now but I know I'm just fearing the worst.
