Hello,

Hoping to vent and get some advice,
I'm 29 weeks pregnant and just not feeling myself at all, I've not enjoyed this pregnancy tbh, sickness, heart burn, the physical strain and tireness and I'm also really sore all the time

I cannot concentrate, keep forgetting things, I'm doing stuff like putting my tv remote in the fridge :/ I'm just completely exhausted!
I'm a student nurse and also work as a auxiliary nurse through the nhs bank, I've not been taking shifts the last couple of weeks as I just don't have the energy
I'm struggling to find the motivation to do uni work, my brains just like mush...
I'm also finding I'm overly emotional and just irritated all time, is this normal?

I had his too int first pregnancy and some on my second, but now I’m much better since I’ve started taking choline.

https://www.vogue.co.uk/beauty/article/choline-brain-health

see the pregnancy section and the links to studies are there

choline is very good for brain fog and recommended in pregnancy for baby’s brain development

im also taking fish oil and a multivitamin that has folate and vit d. The fish oil is from pregnacare max, if you want to take, take something marketed for pregnancy as other fish oil can have mercury.

lit takes a few weeks to see an effect
