5 days late - abnormal for me!

Just wanting some advise really, i finished the pill in February and have been using the flo app to track my periods, have pretty much been spot on this whole time as predicted if not early, CL currently 24-25 days
I was due AF according to the app last Saturday, had all the emotions building up that but since nothing! Currently 5 days late, I have done 2 cheap tests from the coop (day 4 & 5) and both BFN.
last month I had pink spotting before AF but nothing this time around, just some white discharge, no nausea but passing urine a lot, general bloating and cramp like pain on and off as if I’m about to start AF. I’m still expecting AF to start but has anyone else had this before and been pregnant, I’ve never been pregnant before so this is why it’s all abit strange for my period to be late, I don’t really have any stress (apart from this!)
Boobs not sore as such but feel heavy and big
When is best to test again or am I just overthinking!

I was super regular and then one cycle my period just arrived one whole week late. Wasn't pregnant that time!

Just test again at the weekend if nothing by then

I usually have 31 day cycles, then I ovulated 5 days later on one cycle. This affects the cycle length. It can happen on occasion. If your ovulation occurred later by x days then your expected AF (or bfp) will be x days out too. Keep waiting, and if you really want to then test in a few days or a week.

Just have feelings like I’m about to come on and have done for the last 6 days but nothing no spotting or anything, did have unprotected sex around predicted ovulation but he reckoned he pulled out, obviously I know this is not a recommended method and we know we are risking things but not sure how likely it is that I could be pregnant with me testing negative 5 days late, day 6 now Cycle day 30 x

hi@mlb1998x , I hope you are well. I hope you dont mind updating if your period came. I am currently experiencing similar to what yoive expressed. I am 4 days late today i only tested once but this was on the day i may or should have had my af and was bfn...Ive only been having extreme bloating, burping, constipation. I have also been cramping as if af is coming but this is over a week now, i usually come on early or on the predicted day so this is very unusual for me. However ive decided to wait a bit longer as i understand our cycles can change from time to time so trying not to get my hopes up too much but i am hopeful. Been hoping for a baby over a year now though not exactly trying but not preventing it either.

Hi lovely, I did come on my period 10 days late - I put this down to having had a really bad cold, a lot of my nursing colleagues said that if I’ve had a virus of some sort, your body will fight that before it comes on its period. I was exactly the same as you, not really trying as such but not stopping it and I am actually 8 weeks pregnant now, I missed my period and tested the day I was due, I had similar symptoms so have you tested at all? It would be worth testing now, I did a test the day I was due and I thought that it was negative but there was a very faint line, the next day I did my first morning wee and it came up straight away xx

I have ordered some tests so will wait til thrn...qi am also having discharge sometimes wet and white which by now i would have none but as u advised period may be delaybdue to illness and i was sick a few weeks back but will see. today i had headache and i am still very bloated constantly burping etc..do u mind sharing what your early symptoms were?

fingers crossed for you! Discharge ++, very fatigued, I had heartburn in a morning a couple of days before AF, sore boobs, headache to name a few! I have been constipated ever since finding out as well!
