I don't want to feel like I'm moaning because I've had lots of miscarriages and really want this baby to be healthy but I feel terrible

I feel like I have flu, was in hospital Sunday on vitamin and fluid drips, bloods and urine came back fine but I just feel so ill.

I have no energy, my legs ache just walking up the stairs, I've been signed off work, I have restless legs at night, feel sick at the thought of food except sour green apples, diarrhoea constantly.

Is this normal for first trimester? I've never got this far in pregnancy before and I'm so grateful but I feel truly awful.

I'm sorry you feel dreadful and it's fine to have a moan. I had similar when I was pregnant with DD, the only thing i could keep down from weeks 7 -14 ish was jam donuts, i felt sick the whole time. I managed to keep working but when I got home I went straight to bed and slept til morning. Eased up around 12 - 14 weeks. One issue i had was not having any caffeine, that added to the problem significantly, once i reintroduced it (within the nhs guidelines) i got much better as i wasnt dealing with caffeine withdrawal on top. Keep the faith, it will get better. 💐
