Thrush in pregnancy

Hi I've had never ending thrush since being pregnant so Dr prescribed longer stronger course of pessery tablets and cream tonight i tried to put the pessery in and felt resistance so when I checked what it was I felt last nights pessery still there not dissolved?! But it was too mushy to take out I decided not to put the other pessery in anyone know what might be going on?

I had this, only thing that worked was to get the cream internal version. The others just made things worse. The cream internal option is fine in pregnancy and made everything better. I always kept a spare box in the house. Hope this helps.

@Dangermouse80 I've never heard of internal cream is it something the GP will prescribe?

My cousin just had this in her pregnancy and ended up with something called strep B. Speak to your midwife and ask to be tested as they will need to give you antibiotics if it's the case.
