One sided pain

Hi, has anyone experienced this? Wondering if it's to be concerned about. Occasionally (just now when I stood up from laying on the couch & the other night when I turned over in bed) I got a horrible, sudden pain on my right side. I'm 14 weeks pregnant, two scans so far all looked ok. Previous ectopic AND I have a cyst on the side of the pain. Could either of these things be causing the pain when I move in a certain way? It's painful but short lived...to be honest I've been a bit 'sore' all weekend round the bottom of my tummy. Just looking for others similar experiences and a bit of reassurance I suppose...

Could it be Round Ligament Pain? I had this in pregnancy and thought my insides were tearing - very sharp, sore pain on my side.

Definitely sounds like round ligament pain. I've always had it often when moving a funny way or coughing etc.

It bloody hurts!

God if it is it's so sore I never expected it to be so sore! This is not my first pregnancy but first in quite a long time. I had read round ligament pain would cease around 12 weeks....

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I've had it all the way through both of mine! Blush it definitely became less frequent though as time went on.

It's just been freaking me out with how painful it is and the fact it's just on the one side (my problem side I think of it as!!) I don't mind if it continues I just want it to be normal/not dangerous.

I have ovarian cysts too and it was always worse on that side.

No harm in asking your midwife when you see them next, since you've had scans and it's all been fine that's a great sign though!
