Weird things (not food) that bring back the feeling of morning sickness

I know people sometimes find that if they smell a food that triggered pregnancy sickness, they can still feel sick years later.

When I was pregnant with DD in 2020 there was a specific song that was on the radio a lot and I still cannot hear it now without feeling sick!

Does anyone else have any non-food things that bring back the sicky feeling?

Oh and raw green peppers. On the menu every day where I worked, even after the sickness went, I couldn't deal. Hate them.

That stuff is hideous anyway!

When I was having my DS 15 years ago I bought a CD that played jingly tunes, can't remember the name of it, but it was specifically marketed for morning sickness. Didn't work. If I ever catch a noise that sounds like the jingly metal tunes I instantly feel nauseous.

Diptyque Eau de Sens perfume! I got a free sample when i was in the grip of morning sickness, and found it again in the bottom of my handbag recently. Gave me the absolute boak 😂

When I was pregnant in 2020 I spent my morning sickness days in bed watching videos on tiktok and even now if I hear a song that was a trend back then I instantly feel nauseous.

Pictures of my honeymoon! I was 5/6 weeks pregnant with twins and the sickness was real. Now I cannot look at the pictures of that holiday without feeling sick haha!
