Loss of symptoms

I'm 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Recently I've lost symptoms. I had heartburn, sore breasts and nipples and had aversion to certain foods, headaches and toothache at night laying down. Now I've only got sore nipples. I haven't got no bleeding or cramps . Should I be worried? I'm so scared of losing this baby 😟

The placenta can take over as early as 10 weeks so a loss of symptoms can absolutely be normal. But book a private scan if you're worried?

The only really symptoms I had to begin with were extreme tiredness and headaches which eased off around 10 weeks and I read that's a normal time for symptoms to begin to settle a bit 😁 just try enjoy the relief from them for a bit xx

I had this, all my symptoms completely dropped off at 8 weeks exactly and I thought the worst. No cramps and and no bleeding and turns out everything was fine with baby. Now 30 weeks and the symptoms never came back so take it as a good sign!

I lost all symptoms at that point for both my pregnancies. The first one, I felt the same as you and worried it meant something was wrong. With this one I have just felt relief! I’ve just eaten a huge roast dinner, I wouldn’t have been able to do the at a few weeks ago with the awful bloat.

My symptoms changed/disappeared at 11 weeks, it's near the end of the first trimester so just one of those changes that happens. You may find your symptoms come back later. But do contact your EPU if you're concerned
