I'm 17+3 and lifted something (over 100kg) with my partner yesterday. I assured him I could do it and was fine but knew I shouldn't have done it. He did take a lot more of the weight than I did so it wasnt 50/50. I don't usually lift anything heavier than my toddler! I now have pain in my back which I would get usually from heavy lifting but tenderness/aching around my bump. Do I need to contact someone? I know you're more likely to hurt yourself than the baby but just worrying myself. Hoping it's just pulled tummy muscles...
