2nd miscarriage - devastated

Hi

I've just had it confirmed that I'm having a second miscarriage this year. I had one at 5w in May and this one just confirmed 8w2days after seeing a heartbeat on that exact day. We're absolutely devestated. I'm so scared it means we'll never get pregnant.

I'm really looking for others who have been through similar for some support right now.

Hello - I'm so sorry to read your post. Please don't lose hope, I had three consecutive miscarriages, but also have two gorgeous DC. Miracles do happen.

Hey, I’m so sorry to read your post. I have also had 3 recurrent miscarriages and am now pregnant with my first baby, currently 36+2 and everything’s looking great. Please don’t lose hope!

You aren’t a failure. It’s just such an awful shock when it happens. For a moment your world stops turning and you go into free fall.

I am sorry for your loss. I lost a baby at 9 weeks and then lost another at 8 weeks. Next pregnancy delivered a wonderful little son.

I also felt like a failure after my second miscarriage @Laro2323. Had one at 5 weeks and then a MMC at 10 also after seeing a strong heartbeat. I took a few months off TTC as it was just too much and then feel pregnant again, 20 weeks now and all okay. Wishing you all the best of luck x

I've had 2 miscarriages and an ectopic in the last 12 months, no advice for you but didn't want to read and run.

It's devastating no matter what stage of pregnancy you're at, and fingers crossed for you that you soon have a healthy successful pregnancy xxx
