Losing your mucus plug in parts over a week?

Hi all I'm 40 + 4 I started losing my mucus plug last Saturday I had blob in the morning and that night, I then had more tuesday and Thursday and more this morning and tonight, is this normal and is it a sign Labour is soon? Did anyone else lose theirs in parts like this? I've been having cramps on and off all day and feeling uncomfortable and emotional it's been like this since I started losing my plug but today I've been extra uncomfortable and emotional and achy is this the start of anything and did this happen with anyone else? I believe I had my bloody show Tuesday aswell and just as I went to the toilet now the mucus had very slight pink in it.

I did! Mine was gradual and not in one go. It was the few days just before my waters broke 😀 sounds like your bubba is getting ready to say hello! Best of luck xox

How did you get on? I lost a plug at 35 weeks, then another at 38 x3 times the amount that I lost before and since then every day I have blobs coming off me... I'm amazed there's so much mucus inside of me 😳, still no signs of imminent labour, I'm 40 weeks today 😓
