Light pink bleeding in pregnancy 6 weeks

Hello,

I’ve had a horrible experience today going up to the hospital so I’m looking for some reassurance on here.

i had light pink/brown discharge last week and thought I was 8 weeks. Went to EPU, they did a scan last friday and I’m measuring 6 weeks but she was super happy with the way everything looked.

haven’t had any other issues until this morning, I wiped and there was some pinky type blood as I wiped. I sat on toilet for a few mins and a few pink red spots were in the toilet. Have attached pic.

I haven’t had any abdominal pain, still feeling sick and tired but it’s so mixed online, some people are fine others do end up having a miscarriage.

went straight up to a&e as I was told if any bleeding again to go there - sat for 4 hrs for them to tell me they can’t scan me I have to wait for EPU to call. To be fair, they called a few hrs after and said as I had a scan last friday I have to wait until Friday morning to have another scan.

I’ve wiped again just now and there was the finest pink on the tissue but not bleeding.

Will be absolutely gutted if we’ve had a miscarriage, have PCOS and been trying for nearly a year. I know some are much worse off but can’t help but think of the worst :(

Sorry you’re going through that :(

Try ringing your GP and tell them to book you in for a scan asap. Don’t let them fob you off. Or could you book a private scan? I know they’re not usually diagnostic but they can check for a heartbeat?

Thank you lovely.

I am going to have a scan on friday morning, they can't scan me before then apparently as they don't scan until it's a week apart from last scan, which was last friday.

Just looking for more reassurance stories than anything at this point :( I know it's so hard because everyone is different so probably a pointless exercise but my anxiety is sky high xx

I’m sharing because you have asked for reassurance stories. I bled at just shy of 6 weeks, went to EPU and no heartbeat found, they asked if I was certain on my dates as baby looked small. Had to wait two weeks for follow up, baby had grown, heart beat found and looked half a week bigger. Baby now 15 months old.
That said: I took comfort in the fact that there was absolutely nothing I could do to change the outcome. Either my baby would grow, or they wouldn’t. I appreciate that’s easy to say when I had a positive outcome but I genuinely found peace knowing fate / god / the universe would decide for me. It helped me “hold it more lightly”.
Big hugs. 💐

Sharing for reassurance stories and really hoping you have same outcome.
Had this exact thing at 6 weeks pregnant with my 1st, twice within 2 weeks and scanned each time with heartbeat and everything looking normal. Had a healthy pregnancy and DD is now 4.

I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with DD2 and when I was 9 weeks, started getting contraction type pain, passed big clots, all lasted about 3 hours. Was convinced I'd had a miscarriage and because the bleeding and pain had stopped by the time I could get hold of anyone, I couldn't get a scan for 4 days cos it was a bank holiday weekend. Was an agonising wait but scan showed all was normal and they had no idea why I'd had such a bleed and pain. Although she is not born yet, I am having another healthy pregnancy.

It is absolutely terrifying and I totally feel for you, wishing you all the best and hoping bubba is growing away xx

I am 6.4 weeks, and my bhcg when I was 5.3 weeks was 166, my doctor has repeated
my breast we’re very sore and tender suddenly they are not that tender
I am very scared
this is my first pregnancy
has anyone experienced this
I did clearblue test two times it was 2-3 weeks and suddenly yesterday it said 1-2 weeks

may be I am overthinking but I want everything to be fine
