Super early pregnancy - leg swelling??

NC'd but occasional poster and long time lurker.

Got my BFP on Friday after 2 MCs in the last year. Today noticed my ankles/legs have swollen - is this a thing??!

Didn't have this in my first pregnancy (textbook) but did have this with both MCs.

Came on towards the end of the day. I do have a desk job but had been standing up since I got home until I went to bed.

Anyone else had this before? Should I be worried?

Maybe give 111 a call so they can advise x

I would get it checked to be sure.
It's very common later on in pregnancy, (im 32 weeks and have slightly puffy feet most nights) but I'm not so sure about in the early weeks.
