Vertigo. At my wits end! Please help me!

25 weeks pregnant, been experiencing dizziness since week 21, was seeing my midwife once a week to check blood pressure was always slightly low but nothing crazy. Since week 23+5 I took myself to bed at 6pm because I was losing my balance, felt like the room was spinning around me and had what felt like vertigo to the point it made me nauseous and it hasn't gone away since. MW handed me over to GP saying it's not in her realm anymore, fine, GP checked for inner ear infection, nothing wrong there. I even got a check up with my dentist as I read about a correlation there and again all fine. I'm fed up, I've stopped driving for the time being because if I look from side to side at a junction everything will start spinning and I just didn't feel saving. I'm still working but finding it difficult as if I'm sat just staring at my screen I'm ok but if I get up and walk anyway I'm off balance and stumbling and if I look between people or documents etc the room starts spinning and I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Has anyone had this and what the hell was it/what did you do about it? I've got so much pregnancy left it's just not sustainable to manage until the babies born and hope it resolves. Please help.

I can't find anything on Google with anyone else having this - I think I'm alone here!

BPPV? An Epley manoeuvre might resolve.

Thank you. I hadn't heard of this. My GP basically ended the dialogue after some initial checks just saying it's not unheard of during pregnancy and will resolve itself and advised me not to drive while it's ongoing - great but asides from taking my maternity leave ridiculously early I don't really have the option to easily stop driving for 17 weeks Sad

Had it improved? Sounds horrible. I had really bad dizziness when I had a sinus infection. Is that a possibility?

Try the wrist sea sickness bands. Game changer for me

Have they done the Epley manoeuvre? So simple but helps if BPPV.
