40 week stretch and sweep appointment, help!

Hey all! I'm 40 weeks today and I had a sweep on Friday, I was 1cm dilated, I lost my mucus plug on the Saturday morning and some more on that night, not had any signs of Labour since then apart from cramps now and again, just had my 40 week midwife appointment she did a stretch and sweep she said I was 1cm dilated, consistency is firm, station score is -2, cervix length is 3cm please could someone help me work this out! bishop score of 3 and I have quite a lot of bleeding after which she said is normal so I'm guessing that's a bloody show!! Did anyone have the same sort of story and how long was it before Labour started! Any help is greatly appreciated wanting this baby girl out

I had 3 sweeps on 3 consecutive days the last being the night before I was scheduled to be induced. 3rd one did the trick. Good luck.

No advise but similar situation here. 3rd sweep booked for tomorrow, last 2 I've been 1cm, -2, lost my mucus plug, tightening when I move but just not making progress. 🤞🤞🤞 something happens soon!
