Pregnancy acne

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice for products I can use during pregnancy for acne?
I've always got one or two stubborn hormonal spots on my chin around my period but since about 5 weeks my chin has been an actual war zone. It's really sore and red and they are getting so hard to cover up. I know covering them in makeup prob doesn't help either but I'm worried that some of my more clued up female colleagues might see it as a tell tale sign of pregnancy (they are always super suspicious of everyone anyway!)
I suspect it's not helped my the fact my diet is pretty poor right now as I'm contending with morning sickness and I just want potatoes/bread/crackers! Haha

Any advice appreciated. Thank you :)

Forgot to say I'm 7 weeks. Hoping it may face off during second trimester? Eek! X

Sorry to say but nothing worked for me I tried everything! Have been covered in acne since first trimester and I'm currently now 23 weeks pregnant and still not any better 😩 only think that sort of soothed it was steaming my face so maybe try that and it could help you since everyone's different lol. Usually does get better after the first trimester though for most people. Congrats on your pregnancy and hope it gets better soon!x

No thank you for your honesty, it's appreciated!
Glowing my arse! Haha
Hopefully like most things, it'll ease off in second. We will see.
I hope yours isn't making you too miserable and congrats on your pregnancy too!
Over halfway now :)

Hello, I have had terrible acne since I found out I was pregnant and has only got worse. Unfortunately now 13 wks and not any better. But around a year ago I had quite a bad breakout of acne for the first time in my 29 years and was given a tablet called Limeclyne(or something along those lines) and they worked for me after the first few weeks of taking them. Everyone noticed and commented on my skin I was amazed. Unfortunately you cannot take them while pregnant but atleast there is something out there that could possibly work for after birth of baby. Sorry I know that doesn't quite help right now but it's keeping me hopeful that there is something there that could help afterwards x

Azelaic acid ( the ordinary brand) worked very well for me! It helped with redness and eventually the active spots would disappear after a couple of days. My acne stopped after the first trimester but still got the odd spot here and there
