When does early pregnancy bloat ease?

I'm 7 weeks with baby no.4 and I am SO bloated. I can't remember early pregnancy with my other children so have no idea when this part will subside. I look like I've been pregnant for about 7 months already and it's really uncomfortable.
how long has this usually lasted for other people? And any advice on ways to ease it / foods to avoid.Thank you!

My bloating started at around 8 weeks, I am 18 weeks now and still getting very bloated every day, I am now starting to doubt if it will ever end
