Missed Miscarriage

Hi everyone. This forum was my go to in the weeks that I thought I was pregnant so wanted to share my experience here.
I found out I was expecting on 30th Aug 2022 at 3 weeks and 5 days. Had a scan at 5 weeks 6 days, the embryo was right on date and had a heart beat. I have some antibodies (no confirmed autoimmune disease) but was put on clexane injections and aspirin to reduce any risks. I did not suffer from any pregnancy symptoms right from the start, I assume it is normal for some.
Had light brown discharge once in week 6 - ignored it because it went away. I also had bearable back pain at 7 weeks, which again can be common in early pregnancy.
At 8 weeks 5 days I had light brown discharge everytime i wiped, I live in a country where private medical care is readily available and I got a scan done the very next day - it showed that the baby had not grown beyond 6 weeks and 2 days and there was no heartbeat anymore. A missed miscarriage essentially.
Dr gave me the option to wait for the body to expel naturally or go for medical management. I chose medical management - three doses of oral medicine and my body still refused to expel the sac. I then had a D&C yesterday. Now at home - healing physically and mentally.
Sharing here with a community that I was turning to daily in the past 6 weeks to deal with every anxious thought that I was having. It did not end well for me, but sending positive energies to every expecting mother here. In the memory of my Angel 30th Aug 2022 to 6th Oct 2022.

So sorry for you loss. I have just found out that my fetus doesn't have a heart beat. I am 9+ 1 and yesterday had lots of clear water discharge and some little bits of red. Also all of my pregnancy symptoms seemed to have slowly gone Iver day. Not bloated, breaststroke not a soar. I booked my self for private scan today and was told baby is ready on dates perfectly but no heart beat. Still processing and have to wait for Monday to go through options. Take your time and lots of self care. I had a termination years ago and my body knew it had lost something but slowly got stronger. Sending virtual hug 🤗

I’m so sorry for your loss ❤️ Take the time you need to recover and be kind to yourself during this horrible period. I was where you are back in April and it was awful. Just to spread a little hope I am now 22 weeks pregnant with our rainbow boy. Better days are to come ☺️

I am so sorry for your loss. I had a missed miscarriage and had medical management in October 1st. I don’t know what to do with myself ❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss.

I had a mmc too and I remember coming on here just to put my thoughts together.

I hope your recovery is smooth - physically at least. Emotionally, of course may take time but you're not alone. On here are many of us to share in your sadness and listen x

sorry for your losses x
I had a MMC and ERPC this time last year. I was wrecked emotionally for months afterwards. Please take time to grieve and look after yourself. I hope you get your rainbows soon.
