Screening results very worried

Hi so I’m 23 and got my screening results as 1 in 1250, I have read so many people getting 10,000 + should I be worried please help

For DS , other result was 1 in 50,000

Does it help to think of it as 0.08%?

I was late 20s and had 1 in 84, my son didn't have downs

Perhaps consider a Harmony test?
