is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms & be pregnant but get a neg test ?

hi ladies, i’m 12dpo today and i’m experiencing lots of preg symptoms, very similar to period symptoms but i’m one of the lucky ones who actually never gets period cramps/pain or anything so this is very weird for me. my period is due in 3 days. my boobs are aching so bad and really sore to touch. i’m having lots of cramping and twinges in my stomach. also i have had 2 episodes of a weirdly strange pain in my uterus, it's like a shooting pain in my uterus into my vagina it was really painful but also really quick. anyways the symptoms is there but getting negative tests. is it possible to get pregnancy symptoms but get a negative test and still be pregnant if that makes sense? thanks so much

Could be that you ovulated later than you thought. Wait for your period and if it doesn’t arrive test again.

I'm not sure how possible it is to be pregnant and not test positive, but I know I've had quite a few months throughout my period where I've had multiple 'pregnancy' symptoms, that haven't been caused by pregnancy.

Sounds like it's still early days for you, I'd wait until AF is late and test again :)

It's definitely possible not to test positive at 12dpo. That said, "pregnancy symptoms" early on are not caused by HCG, but by progesterone, the exact same hormone that rises towards a period. I have all these symptoms in the past and not been pregnant

thank you everyone. it's just that i never experience these symptoms with my period so it's strange for me. i will wait to see if af arrives and if not i'll re-test :)
