Help- accidentally been using a lot of vicks and pregnant

hi, I just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I also have the worst cold atm. I’ve been using vicks for the past few days including under my nose (only thing that helps) but just read it may not be safe. Really stressing now. Anyone else done this? We’re you okay? Pharmacy won’t give me anything and so bunged up I can’t sleep.

I've been using vicks during my pregnancy, I thought I read that it was safe. I'm 38 weeks now

Get a cool mist humidifier - it really helped me when I was pregnant and couldn’t take my havfever meds, especially at night. I’ve actually got a Vicks one, I just used it without the smelly pads.

I used vapour rub on my chest most nights throughout. I'm now sat feeding my healthy 1 week old!

In sure the Vicks vapour rub is fine!

Thanks so much. Been freaking out! I put some under and inside my nose… but only for a few days so will stick to using on my chest and back.
