I have been renting with my partner since we got married then we had to leave our house as we couldn’t afford paying the rent, I’m on maternity leave pay and husband get £1100 a month and he is not eligible for any benefits and the agency said that the flat is not suitable to have a baby as i live in 2 nd floor and there no lift and no space for the buggy, also the landlord is thinking to sell the flat so my mum offered herself saying you can come and stay with us until your maternity leave is finished. We joined her for 2 weeks, she had problems with my husband and she said I don’t accept you anymore, I was so lost and felt all doors closed. Now I’m at my friends house who said you can stay for two days but then I have to leave as her husband will be back from his travel. I didn’t call the council and not able to find any rent with our income. Any help or advice of what we need to do. I’m due in 3 weeks🙏

Present to council offices as homeless?

Stay at your mums without your husband?

Do you also still have your flat?

It doesn't matter what an estate agency says, they're just trying to make you leave

You go back there until you are evicted and then the council will house you Flowers
