No as she says I don't have one so with my cough plus temp she thinks I have covid amd just been told to rest which I cant.
Rang my surgery and they are not back yet.
Thanks for listening to my ramblings x

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 10:40

@Snowflakes2 A positive test is a positive test so just go from there pregnancy journey is nothing but worry and stress but just try stay positive even though easier said than done I’m on a constant worry.

if you have covid then goes to show why you haven’t felt well, I had Covid last year wasn’t pregnant BUT I had such bad back ache because of it so maybe it’s just from covid with you having a bad back hopefully, it was my first symptom when k had covid and it was awful.

hopefully GP will be in contact soon as poss then you’ll know more.

kind of on the same journey together anytime just message it’s lovely to talk to you Xx

@Snowflakes2 have you experienced any cramping at all? With my miscarriage I cramped from day dot . This time no cramping at all. But I thought cramping was normal and a go to symptom with pregnancy xx

OP posts:
Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 10:58

The odd cramp but nothing I would worry about and I don't even feel pregnant really just the odd stabbing pain either side of hips, boobs are sore but only when I prod them and a heavy feeling in my lower stomach.

Hopefully it's just a covid symptom then.

Yeah we are arnt we and I agree its nice to have someone to talk to who knows what each other are feeling. My husband doesn't quite understand x

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 11:07

@Snowflakes2 i am exactly the same just an odd full full heavy feeling sometimes and same again with my boobs just when touched or going up and down steps etc

everything to me sounds normal so hold on to hope

it’s hard talking to my partner also does not understand and I just worry him when I mention anything which is understandable but the same time it would be nice for him to not worry as makes me worry.

Definitely sounds like covid symptoms hopefully get over that soon so can concentrate more on being pregnant, there’s lots of hope left so hold on and certainly message me anytime Xx

Thank you 😊

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 16:37

@Snowflakes2 are you testing this evening? Let me know how you get on xx

OP posts:
Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 17:12

I only have strip tests left and iv only ever got a very very faint line on them so not sure. I'm having some cramping now.
I hate going to the toilet, just expect to see some blood everytime.
If my cycle was 28 days I would expect a period this Friday so if I go further than Friday that can only be a good thing right?

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 17:56

Cramping is normal remember 💕 and yes for sure get past first but cramping it totally normal especially implantation before period is due, by your date how many weeks are you supposed to be? Positive thoughts and hope coming your way 🙏 xx

OP posts:
troppibambini6 · 11/10/2022 18:05

Happened to me twice.
No period in between, both were straight forward pregnancies who are now 9 and 11.

Congratulations and hope everything goes well for you Flowers

Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 18:46

3 weeks and 4 days. Not sure if I need to add 2 weeks on to that? Saying I'm due 23rd June.
I lost my first one at 5 weeks.

Iv also been having pain in my thighs like right at the top of my legs which is weird.

I think with me is that I won't allow myself to get excited until I pass certain weeks xx

Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 18:48

So I got my positive at 2 weeks and 5 days since losing the last one is that even possible??

Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 18:51

Well it has to be as your basically the same? Complete madness! 😆

Blughbablugh · 11/10/2022 18:59

Ah congratulations! I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and then went on to conceive again a month later. I now have a very lovely 15 month old! Good luck with it all!

3littleloves · 11/10/2022 19:04

Hi OP, I miscarried in October 2019 and fell pregnant before next cycle. Pregnancy was completely normal and healthy baby delivered at 38 weeks. Best of luck to you hope all works out 💗

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 20:25

@Snowflakes2 if you have covid then these symptoms are gonna be worst for you it’s horrible being pregnant with covid im
sure.

the same as me! By my understanding I’ve literally got pregnant straight away like I’ve ovulated the next few days after,

if you did a digital
you would add 2 weeks on so yes that’s right.

my first day of bleed with miscarriage I was 5 weeks 1 day.

i have pains in tops of my legs sometimes have a nice warm bath should ease it.

yes right on queue we are exactly the same I would say Xx

OP posts:
Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 20:40

So im 5 weeks 4 days? So next week my pregnancy would be viable on a scan?

So I took a strip test just now and the line is barely there (you can see it but just) then im getting lines straight away on the first responses??

Honestly you wouldn't think I was mid 30s with 2 kids, im absolutely useless at this stuff haha xx

Kber30 · 11/10/2022 20:58

@Snowflakes2 so when I did the digital test it came up 2-3 weeks so that’s conception date but they always add on 2 weeks so technically yes but conception wise no. It’s so confusing.

My strip tests were rubbish, I had one I threw it in the bin and it came up positive the day after. I was like 🥴

i have a 9 year old also in my 30’s it all feels so new to me I don’t remember all this when I was pregnant with my daughter.

give it a few more week, you have your gp results coming back soon so just go from that, your not bleeding so you should have no reason to believe anything wrong BUT my gosh I understand the worry and anxiety I am exactly the same it’s exhausting xxx

OP posts:
Kber30 · 11/10/2022 20:59

@3littleloves that’s so warming to know l, so glad everything went ok for you sorry for you loss and this give me so much hope xx

OP posts:
Kber30 · 11/10/2022 21:00

From my guess @Snowflakes2 they’ll date us from first day of last bleed up until dating scan i know it’s not much to go on it’s just a waiting game xx

OP posts:
Kber30 · 11/10/2022 21:02

All depends when you ovulated also @Snowflakes2 its just impossible to know xx

OP posts:
Snowflakes2 · 11/10/2022 21:07

Yeah its all very confusing. If im still OK il get a weeks indicator test.
It is very exhausting I completely agree.
Yep I might throw mine out you know they are causing me stress when it's not needed.

GabrielAgreste · 11/10/2022 21:14

I haven’t read the full thread, but had an early miscarriage and got pregnant with no period in between. The result is now 10 and will be taller than me before long 😀. Good luck ladies 💐

MayISuggestSomeThickCutSteakChipsToGoWithThat · 11/10/2022 21:22
