7 week scan twins or not?

I had my 7 week scan and the sonographer said just 1 baby there but after I got home and was looking at the scan pic it looks quite strange. Does anyone know what the dark area is to the left?

Your bladder maybe.

I think a trained sonographer would notice twins.
