So I'm 14 weeks this week- had numerous scans 2 emergency ones 2 routine- 1 routine 1 12 week. On my way out of one scan bumped into people I know so had to tell immediate family. Don't want to share any further- scared that I'll have to un tell them. Anyone else feel the same.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm pregnant after loss and I (and many others) on our chat have the exact same fear. Last time taking it back was the worst thing for us (end of T1 loss).

There's a pregnancy after IVF thread on here that you might want to join ❤️

@IWillBeWaxingAnOwl Thank you for your reply- So sorry for your loss, hoping things are going well for you this time.
I'll look for the thread. It's hard I want to be happy and excited but I'm a constant anxiety bubble. Thank You

@PMAmostofthetime I'm 15 weeks and still haven't told my immediate family, only my DH and a very small handful of friends know. We too have had a very bumpy start with this pregnancy (lots of bleeding, high risk of DS, me having a major wobble over having another baby, very high risk pregnancy) that I feel like I need to get to another safe milestones before we start making the news public. I think it'll be after our 20 week scan.

It's a very personal choice and whatever you choose to do, it'll be the right thing for you so just go with your gut and tell people when you're ready 😊

Agree with going with your gut and only telling people when you’re ready. I felt the same with my IVF pregnancy (also had early bleeding which produced some anxiety that never really went away). Told close family early at 10 weeks (as a Xmas present of sorts) but didn’t tell work colleagues until after the 20 week scan (actually 25 weeks due to being off work with a cold and then on holiday for a few weeks after the scan). Pretty obvious by then anyway! Never did any sort of public announcement or bothered to tell anyone that I didn’t see on a day to day basis.
