6 days late and negative tests

Hi, I am 6 days late and getting negative tests. I did one the other day and had such a faint line and then clear blue digital and said I wasn't pregnant. Help!! I don't understand

It’s not uncommon to just miss a period due to stress, poor diet, illlness or just the human body being not perfect. You don’t have to be pregnant to miss a period.
