34 week growth scan - urine retention in kidney?

I had a growth scan on Friday because I have GD so have scans every 2-3 weeks as baby has been measuring big. My latest growth scan showed urine retention in baby’s kidney. What does this mean I have no idea? Is it something serious?

My baby has this too. Diagnosed at 20 weeks, and have another scan this week to see how things are looking.

From what I have been told, this often corrects itself by birth, if not, they give antibiotics to prevent infections. I’m told this often corrects itself when they are young babies if still present at birth.

Hopefully someone with more experience comes along and responds to your post, but I am not too concerned personally.
