Temp and sickness bug at 15 weeks - worrying

I'm 15.5 weeks and everything has been going well so far. My wee girl has brought a sickness bug back from nursery and I am suffering really badly today. I'm not so worried about the sickness but I also have a mild temp (it's 37.9 just now but got up to 38.2 earlier.) I'm trying to keep my fluids up by sipping and I did manage to keep one paracetamol down earlier but I'm in a total tizzy having read that fever can be dangerous. 😔

I know I just have to ride it out but has anyone had a bug with temp around this same time?

At around 9 weeks I had horrific food poisoning, I was really worried and stuck in Tenerife. I'm 26 weeks now and everything is fine😁 you should be okay, just keep an eye on that temp and get plenty of rest x

I've had 2 sickness bugs thanks to my toddler and Covid during this pregnancy, which included a fever and was fine although it feels awful at the time. Just keep an eye on things and call 111 if you aren't sure. You can have Paracetamol and make sure you drink lots of fluids when you can. I hope you feel better soon.
