34 weeks pregnant, breech, have to pee all the time!

I’m 34+3 today and baby’s been breech since 27 weeks. My last growth scan was at 31 weeks, he was still stubbornly breech. I’ve always needed to pee a lot during pregnancy, but the urge did seem to get less when baby turned breech. However since yesterday, I literally have to pee every 45-60 minutes and it’s so annoying! I thought you have to pee more when baby’s lying on the bladder?

Don't know about whether it's more or less but feel the need to pee a lot and also did last pregnancy which was also breech. I often sit on the loo and don't actually need to go!
