Quick question: where to get syringes fit colostrum harvesting?

I'm diabetic & 36+ weeks, so working on colostrum harvesting as a safety net for early feeding. However, my midwife only gave me 5 syringes for this. Can anyone recommend where/how to get more? I can find some on Amazon in bulk but not sure they'll be safe/reliable; can't find any on the Boots website...

I got mine on Amazon. Just make sure they're the ones with the little lid on. Think they're purple. They were exactly like the ones my midwife gave me. Froze and defrost the colostrum perfectly xx

I got mine from 'my expert midwife' website.

Your midwife will probably give you more if you get in touch next week and ask for them

I got mine from Amazon, they were sealed. Worked fine.

I've got a whole load I was given by a midwife but never used. I'd be happy to post them to you if you message me your address. I

Amazon here as well. The Sterifeed brand is good/legit.

Hello

I know this is a bit of an old thread but I was just wondering how you all got on with colostrum harvesting?

I am a midwife and I am trying to design a research study about colostrum harvesting. I am looking for a few volunteers to simply ask about their experiences and to ask what areas surrounding colostrum harvesting would be good to investigate in my research study.

If any of you would be willing to have a chat with me it would be much appreciated! Please PM me if interested x
