Hi everyone! For those of you who got a lot of headaches while pregnant how long did they last for? I'm 13 weeks and have a headache literally everyday, I wake up with one and have it till I go to bed, I put forehead strips on, take paracetamol, try having a nap, dimming the lights, everything I can think but nothing works

I had headaches every day until about 13 weeks and then they just suddenly stopped. Haven’t had any for a couple of weeks now. They are so frustrating aren’t they. I spoke to the midwife and she said to make sure I was drinking enough but that’s about it!
hope they stop soon x

I had almost daily headaches during my first pregnancy, they didn’t stop until I got reading glasses. I didn’t think that could be the reason and a gp told me to get an eye check, apparently pregnancy worsens vision. I didn’t need glasses before, but I wear them now all the time when I read.

I had them throughout 1st trimester and up thnil about 20 weeks regularly. They eased when my sickness did. Maybe hormonal or the sickness just made me feel rotten?

I have them in T1. The two things to check would be blood pressure and eyesight

Mine stopped about 13/14 weeks.

It's hormonal. I had it all through T1 with in both my pregnancies.
