Random "bad days" in 2nd trimester

Anyone else get these?

I'm 24 weeks, and the second trimester is a breeze compared to the first. However, every so often (including today) I get a really bad day - bad belly, nausea, the old tiredness back again, feeling mopey.

Just hormones?

Me, apparently! I'm 23+2 and for the last 24 hours I've been feeling really nauseous like I was in the first trimester. I was hoping it was just a bug but seeing as I haven't actually vomited I fear it's the return of morning sickness. Had very little energy as well despite 11 hours sleep last night and a 2 hour nap today. Hopefully it doesn't last!

This is me today.... I actually ended up vomitting like back at 1st trimester.. 20 weeks right now.

23+3 and this describes my entire week. Tired, uncomfortable, off food, and sad.

Hoping it’s just a baby growth spurt and some of the second tri energy returns next week.

When I was pregnant, I found my entire physical state during the 2nd tri hinged on whether I'd had a good night's sleep. If I'd slept well I felt amazing, if not, I'd get nauseous and headaches and all sorts of crappy symptoms.

YES! I've come to realise that this is very true.
