After a year of ttc conceive dc2 I finally got my bfp last weekend. With ds I had constipation (sorry if tmi) even before it was possible to do a test. This time I'm not suffering with it but have started to think is this normal? I've heard that each pregnancy is different - can someone reassure me please? Anyone had different symptoms for each pregnancy?

Yes bcb I'm on my second pregnancy and the symptoms are different. Come and join our Sept '08 thread - you'll get loads of reassurance there.

With DD I was sick from day one for four weeks, then fine. With this one sick from day one and continually till 12 weeks. With this one I have been dizzy and confused as well.

Each pregnancy definitely is different. Don't worry and congratulations!

Each pregnancy is different, as you say.

With dd my first symptoms were an increase in breast size & stuffy nose. Constipation didn't start until around 12 weeks. I got little or no tenderness with my boobs for the enitre pregnancy.

This time (am 15 weeks), extreme tiredness, very tender boobs & a bleeding nose were the reasons I tested. Constipation started early on too & is worse now they have me on iron tabs!

Ms seems to be hitting harder this time too, as do the cramps.
