Hello,
I was wondering if someone could take a look at my chart. I haven’t really had a BBT rise and I had a LH surge yesterday at 2dpo.

If you ignore the temp on CD11 then the last 2 temps are slightly higher. Some people do have BBT which rises slowly, mine even goes down on 2DPO sometimes and it takes about 5/6 days to confirm ovulation.

I wouldn't worry about the LH rise, it does fluctuate during your cycle.

I suggest seeing what the temps are for the next few days.

Do you use Fertility Friend? That automatically confirms ovulation based on your temps.

Thank you so much for your reply! I’m quite new to this we arnt actively ttc yet I’m trying to get use to it before we start in December :)

thanks for the advice I’ll see what the next few days temps are, I was a bit surprised to ovulate this early tbh as last month it peaked on cycle day 16.

i don’t use fertility friend but I will look into it now thanks for the suggestion!

There is definitely a rise after your LH surge your temp only needs to rise by a small amount half a degree even. I started temping for the first time this month so still getting used to it all myself. I'm convinced I haven't ovulated. I normally get breast pain straight after ovulation but absolutely nothing. Hopefully it's good news 1 week to Af Good luck and sending baby dust x x

I would cancel out the cd11 temp and assume you ovulated cd15, possibly late CD14 :) good luck

Thank you both for the reply! I have a suspicious it’s because I’m temping orally, It’s gotten really cold here the past week or two. I may start temping the other way next month to see if there’s a different. Todays temp was a little lower than yesterdays. Have you been doing Opks LittleMiss? Good luck to you I wish you all the best 🤞🤞

@Pigle0510
I use the oura ring - gen 2.

Game changer! Wouldn't go back to oral temps, my charts are very consistent now as it takes the lowest temp out of 100's it takes per night

Can anyone give any advice on the below. Usually it rises and doesn’t dip but it’s odd it’s dipped today. I thought I would get a positive today. I’ve had EWCM last few days.
