I know I should just call the triage but not sure if I am worrying for nothing. With this pregnancy one thing after another.

So last week Thursday I was being sick thought maybe a bug but think it was acid reflux felt okay after. I had to go away at the weekend but did feel movements.

Since being back not felt baby that much.

Yesterday was laying on my back and right side seemed pushed out in weird shape didn't think much of it. Until late in the night kept saying something not right. Tried drinking cold water and hoping baby moves to left.
I don't know if have laying funny because still thought was feeling movements today but really could be wind not sure.

Just wondering if anyone experiencing this? I will call triage but out of every time be worried through this pregnancy this seems to have freaked me out more. Like something definitely wrong.

If you're worried and there's a change in movement I'd just call MWs or the contact number you've been given and not bother even asking on here. Even if it turns out to be nothing, they'd still rather you call.

You could call triage anyway to make sure but before 14-28 weeks movement isn't really that consistent so you might not feel much for a few days depending on their position.
Just give triage a call to see what they advise.
The weird shape is something I had before and it was just the way baby was laying.
Hope everything is ok x

I think I am feel more scared than ever. Something's doesn't feel right and don't want to go hospital on my own have no one around.

I might just wait until later now because think I may have felt a kick now.
It might be baby laying funny.

Thanks for advice anyway.

If you feel something isn't right then just give triage a call anyway for a bit of peace of mind.
My DD was never consistent with her movements throughout so it was a case of if I felt her at any point in the day/night then she was fine and she was but it's not nice feeling something is wrong.
It's a long wait aswell from 12 week to 20 week scan without knowing everything is ok.

What are you thinking?
This is your babies life!
Go to triage immediately.

Margo34 · 28/09/2022 19:41

Did you call them, @Ithurtbad?

Ithurtbad · 29/09/2022 07:22

@PepperSprayFirstApologiseLater1

If you haven't been in my position please don't comment.

Don't tell me something I don't know okay.

@Margo34

I didn't because I think I was feeling movements. I am sure I had a kick but baby seems to be on right side.

I will call today today just to see what they say. Not ready to deal with the scan and that next week.

I am happy for midwife to say it's normal and that baby probably changed position.

I have a bad feeling but I really can't deal with it. My DP coming home today he having none of it.
Yesterday I just switched my phone off really feel somewhat not right but think I could still be feeling movements. Not actually sure because it just be me.

If you haven't got anything nice to say please don't comment. As I know what I need to do and if you haven't given birth to dead baby hold your tongue. Not aimed@Margo34 but everyone.

Oh bless you, I'm assuming from this post you've gone through this before?
A loss will heighten you to be hyper vigilant for something going wrong (but I'm sure you know that!) But when I had the same worries, the midwives promised me that they'd rather see you daily to reassure than have you worried at home and risk something wrong.

But.. I completely understand why you wouldn't want to go if fearing bad news. I wish you a healthy pregnancy. Please speak to your midwife about your worried though Flowers
