Pregnancy piles - what cream to use

Hi all. Bit of a TMI post I'm afraid.

I've suffered ever since my last birth and wondering if anyone else has used anusol in pregnancy or been told to avoid it? Obviously will speak to GP but curious

I did - used the cream and the suppositories. I also had mine from my first pregnancy/birth which flared up loads when expecting child 2.

Anusol ointment. Thicker than the cream version, much better

I got a pile steroid cream from the doctor which was the best. Also I sat in warm baths with a bit of salt which helped.Wetting toilet paper to clean yourself after using the toilet helps.I hope you feel better soon it is awful.
