Maternity clothes

Hi,
I'm only 5 weeks gone but I was wondering if anybody had any tips on clothes in early pregnancy?
I tend to get very bloated at the best of times so tend to wear loser fitting clothes e.g dresses and jumpers but I wondered if anyone could recommend any decent maternity tights or leggings as it's gonna get super chilly soon!
Looking for good comfort and stretch and something that I can wear now and also later in pregnancy.

Thanks :)

H&M maternity leggings and their general range were very good.

M&S Maternity tights are good and wearable afterwards. It’s also good for bras. I didn’t like any maternity trousers I tried so I mainly wore stretchy midi dresses with shirts or cardis.

I got most my maternity things off vinted.

for now I would recommend a few things in the next size up, consider things you would like to wear post baby too. Some tops that will be easy to breast feeding in if this is something to consider.

Hey there. It took me solid 2 MONTHS to find something that wasn't offensive in the sense that it's either for a tent or a prostitute - no in-between AND the worst quality.

I found Pink blush in through a blog (www.pinkblushmaternity.com) and have made at least 6 bulk orders and have not returned a single thing. Everything fits beautifully (I highly recommend their jeans), there is so much to choose from and you can filter by material. Honestly for me quality and style wise this place is 10/10

Seraphine have the best quality maternity clothes out of the ones I've tried. They can be expensive though, I got some of their jeans on ebay secondhand. Most maternity stuff isn't worn much so they were like new.
I've been eyeing up their thermal maternity leggings for the winter.

John Lewis often have decent maternity tights and leggings in.

For decdnt thick leggings I got a pair from Matalan out the gym wear section (I know, really wasn't expecting much from them 😅)

They are the ribbed stretched type and really are the most comfy leggings ever, now 6 months pregnant and still love them. Not typical maternity clothes but worth trying, glad I did 😊

Do you happen to have a link to the Matalan leggings please?

I’m desperate for an upgrade to my current Nike normal ones that are far to small to accommodate a 32 weeks bump!

Thanks 😊

Yeah no problem, these are the ones I have, just went size bigger at 24 weeks still a fair amount of stretch left. 😊

Another one for H&M, but by the end of the pregnancy I preferred to wear legend and trousers under my belly.

Use the hairband trick to extend the life of your non-maternity jeans and trousers, this saw me through until i was about 16-18 weeks!
