Does anyone have any tips to assist a hypertonic (overly tight/overactive) pelvic floor during pregnancy?
Before pregnancy I really suffered with this to the point where even DTD to conceive was almost impossible. Physio has helped but is there anything else those who have suffered with this can recommend whilst pregnant? I know the pelvic floor works even harder during pregnancy and so am anxious to do as much as possible early on to prevent further pain.
