Am I having a miscarriage?

Hi, I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance... I'm currently on holiday, my period ended about a week ago (although it was lighter and less painful than usual), but I began bleeding again (just spotting) on and off about 3 days ago... Took a test today just to rule it out, and was gobsmacked when it came back as positive! But today, I've lost a little bit of bright red blood (not as much as a period but colour has definitely changed), plus I passed a red gooey blood clot (sorry for TMI!)... No pain, just a little bit of discomfort. I've had a stillborn, ruptured ectopic and some early miscarriages before, the tissue that I've passed doesn't look like a miscarriage, plus there's no pain... I've no idea how far along I am, will have to buy a Clearblue test tomorrow. Unable to get to nearest A&E as we relied on public transport to get here, plus I doubt they'd see me because I'm not in pain/not losing a great deal of blood. We go home on Saturday, will make an appointment with my doctor straightaway, but for now I've no idea how to feel/what to think... Has anyone else experienced this, and gone on to have a healthy baby? Not sure that I can handle another loss again! Thanks in advance. Its not pouring out of me like it did with previous losses, mainly its there when I wipe/on a pad. Hopefully that makes sense.

i just wanted to say I really hope this is a positive ending for you. You sound like an incredibly strong woman to make it through what you have in the past. Praying for healthy steps forward xx
