Heavy period but possible pregnancy?

This is a weird one. I’ve been ttc for a few months now and it has just been taking it’s toll on my body, I have endometriosis and had multiple surgeries so it’s just not helping with normal day to day management of symptoms and pain. This cycle though is strange. Around a week ago I started spotting bright pink but mixed with cm, then all of a sudden I started bleeding very heavy. Obviously assumed it was my period but it was just a lot of heavy bright red blood, but with absolutely no period pain or other symptoms. I’ve been feeling nauseous and very tired, and my boobs have been sore on and off. I’ve never had a pain free period before, they’ve always been so painful, and in no way does this feel like a period. The only thing I can compare it too is after I’ve had operations and blood is just coming out afterwards. The bleeding has pretty much stopped now, but again unusual because it just stopped and any more drops are still bright red rather than changing to brown or darker like my period would normally do when it’s finishing. I don’t know why but I feel like I could be pregnant (maybe I’m delusional) and could that just have been very heavy implantation bleeding? Haven’t taken a test yet as I thought I’d wait a few more days. My temp has also spiked this morning which would never normally happen on a last day of my “period”. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Maybe because of my endo, implantation bleeding could be heavy?

I think this seems extremely unlikely unfortunately. Very heavy implantation bleeding wouldn’t be compatible with retaining a fertilised egg. Nothing is impossible but I’ve never heard a story like this.

I'm afraid I can't help, but giving you a hopeful bump and keeping my fingers crossed for you Flowers

I would take a test. I've had a MC and a MMC and at first it seems like it's period mixed with CM.
