I came off the combined pill at the end of June after 12 months of issues such as mental health issues and irregular bleeding. My doctors just kept suggesting different pills or contraception issues but I made the decision to come off hormonal contraception completely.
Me and my partner are not actively TTC but haven't been very careful. I had my regular withdrawal bleed after stopping the pill and my first cycle after was 25 days, my next cycle was 30 days. I am now on cycle day 31 and getting negative results on clear blue tests. What were everyone's cycles like after stopping the combined pill? Is it normal for them to fluctuate do much?
